DDC Founder/Managing Director - MSc, FCMI, FIOEE
Gloria has over 20 years’ experience providing consultancy and executive management services working across sectors. She has worked with charities, SMES, micro businesses, the public sector and major corporations. Her passion for development and problem solving led her to start DDC. Drawing on her extensive experience, Gloria relishes the opportunity to help clients achieve measurable goals whilst building resilience. In her work with DDC, she delivers consultancy, management development services, training, mentoring and works with Boards and senior executive teams on building vision and aligning people around tangible goals.

She also collaborates with consultants to deliver complex briefs or when specialist expertise is required.

Gloria is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and a Fellow of the Institute of Enterprise and Entrepreneurs.

Daniela Panariello

Daniela is an experienced and competent professional with a vast array of project and events management skills. Daniela has an excellent track record gained over 15 years of working in the events industry in house and with agencies. Daniela is highly regarded as a project manager, researcher and virtual assistant and is passionate about supporting new and established businesses requiring operational support. Daniela’s expertise and versatility has proven to be a reliable resource for founders, senior executives and major corporations.
